I want to warmly welcome you to a safe and compassionate space. Anxiety, trauma, depression, and other life-related struggles can often feel overwhelming and isolating. We live in a fast-paced world that may lack human connection and compassion. I believe in providing a kind, empathetic and non-judgemental space where you can release the heaviness you might have been holding and find your way to well-being.
I hold a Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology, which has provided me with a deep understanding of human behavior in the workplace. Through this lens, I have gained insight into the complex interplay between personal struggles and their impact on professional life. Why is it that straight-A students from Ivy League schools don't always become CEOs and live happily ever after? I have come to understand that human experience is far from logical, and mental well-being is one of the strongest determinants of success.
Recognizing the importance of mental health has led me to pursue a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, further honing my skills in supporting others through life's challenges.
You can expect a YOU-centered approach that respects your unique experiences, values, and goals. I believe in the power of collaboration and work with you to develop personalized strategies and solutions tailored to your needs. My goal is to create a nurturing and confidential safe space where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and concerns without fear of judgment.
I will partner with you on developing coping mechanisms, enhancing your resilience, and finding ways to navigate life's ups and downs.
Whether you're seeking support for trauma, depression, stress, anxiety, or other life-related issues, I am here to listen, understand and co-create a path toward healing.
